People have been playing board games for more than 4,000 years.

The Murderer stalks the other players in the dark. When he’s ready to do the dastardly deed, he taps his chosen Victim on the shoulder. The Victim falls to the ground and makes dying noises (screaming is good). As soon as someone screams, the player closest to the lights turns them on. The Detective then surveys the body and asks each of the remaining players (who have now become Suspects) one question. Suspects can answer truthfully or lie. The Detective names the player she thinks is the Murderer. If the Detective guesses right, she wins; if she guesses wrong, the Murderer wins. (If the Detective is tapped while the lights are out, she says, “Detective is dead. Game over,” and the Murderer wins.)
